How to Claim Your Aero Insider Rewards

To get started with these Aero Insider rewards, you need to start using the Georgia Commute Options website or the GA Commute App. 

The app is free and easy to use. To get started:

  1. Get the GA Commute App
  2. Create your profile
  3. Start tracking your trips

The Aero Insider Rewards, Explained

Earn points and redeem them for Aero Insider discounts

Just like frequent flier programs, you can earn points for every trip you take by bus, train, sharing a ride with a coworker, working from home, and more. 

You’ll earn 1,000 points just for signing up (and that is actually enough points to begin redeeming rewards on day one). 

Your points can be redeemed for Aero Insider discounts, such as:

  • Dining:
    • BOGO ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s
    • Free dinner entrees at Agave
    • 25% off Papa Johns
    • 20% off Jersey Mike’s
  • Shopping:
    • 50% off rent at Aaron’s
    • 50% off JCPenny portraits
  • Activities:
    • 50% off of Biplane Rides (plane rides all over the city)
    • 50% off of a Discover Scuba Experience
  • And more!

Monthly prize drawings

You can use the points you earn to enter monthly prize drawings for $25 gift cards. Just look under the “Rewards” section and the option for “Drawings”.

4 free Uber rides home per year

Did you know that if you have an emergency on a day you go to work without your car you may be eligible for a free Uber ride home? 

Emergencies that count include being sick, having a sick child that needs attention, or unscheduled overtime. 

This is a program known as Guaranteed Ride Home and it is brought to you by our friends at Georgia Commute Options (part of Atlanta’s regional government). 

Other important rules apply for this program (read all the rules here):

  • You cannot begin using this until you have been signed up in the GA Commute App for 30 days. 
  • You must live in one of these counties: Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Newton, Paulding, Rockdale, Spalding, or Walton.
